Agenda of the General Assembly:
1. Changes of the Association's officers and student representatives
2. Amendment of the title of the Association and its Statutes
3. financial statement for the year 2025
4. Tax 1% campaign
5. preparations for the 2026 Congress in Volga
6. Changes to membership fees
Within 15 days of receipt of the invitation to the General Assembly, the members and the bodies of the Association may ask the person convening the General Assembly to add to the agenda, stating the reasons for the addition.
Each member has 1 vote at the General Assembly.
The resumed General Assembly - to be held on 07.02.2026 at 11.15 a.m. - will be quorate for the original agenda items, regardless of the number of participants.
If a member is unable to attend the General Assembly in person, he/she may, in accordance with the Statutes, appoint another person to represent him/her. The proxy must bring the power of attorney with him/her to the General Meeting.
