INVITATION for the HMAA-HC Hungarian Medical Association of America - Hungary Chapter
General Assembly<\/p>\n

The President of the HMAA-HC Hungarian Medical Association of America - Hungarian Chapter Association (headquarters: 1124 Budapest, F\u00fcrj utca 14\/D; hereinafter referred to as \"Association\"), Prof. Dr. \u00c1kos Koller, hereby informs the members of the Association that

convene a general meeting of the Association.<\/p>\n

The meeting is held in Zoom, online.

Agenda of the General Assembly:
1. adoption of the 2020 annual accounts
2. tasks of the organisers of the 2021 Balatonf\u00fcred Congress
3. Other<\/p>\n

Within 5 days of receipt of the invitation to the General Assembly, the members and the bodies of the Association may ask the person who convened the General Assembly to add to the agenda, stating the reasons for the addition.<\/p>\n

Each member has 1 vote at the General Assembly.<\/p>\n

The resumed General Assembly shall have a quorum for the original agenda items, regardless of the number of participants.<\/p>\n

If a member is unable to attend the General Assembly in person, he\/she may, in accordance with the Statutes, appoint another person to represent him\/her. The proxy must bring the power of attorney with him\/her to the General Meeting.<\/p>\n
