INVITATION to the General Assembly of the HMAA-HC Hungarian Medical Association of America - Hungary Chapter<\/p>

The President of the HMAA-HC Hungarian Medical Association of America - Hungarian Chapter Association (headquarters: 1124 Budapest, F\u00fcrj utca 14\/D; hereinafter referred to as \"Association\"), Prof. Dr. \u00c1kos Koller, hereby notifies the members of the Association that he will convene the General Assembly of the Association on Wednesday, May 4, 2022, at 8:00 pm.<\/p>

Agenda of the General Assembly:
1. tasks of the organisers of the 2022 Balatonf\u00fcred Congress
2. vote on the 2021 annual accounts
3. Election of student representatives
4. HMAA Buffalo and Houston exchanges
5. Other<\/p>

Within 5 days of receipt of the invitation to the General Assembly, the members and the bodies of the Association may ask the person who convened the General Assembly to add to the agenda, stating the reasons for the addition.<\/p>

Each member has 1 vote at the General Assembly.<\/p>

The resumed General Assembly shall have a quorum for the original agenda items, regardless of the number of participants.<\/p>

If a member is unable to attend the General Assembly in person, he\/she may, in accordance with the Statutes, appoint another person to represent him\/her. The proxy must bring the power of attorney with him\/her to the General Meeting.<\/p>
